Uncomfortable Truth

You're the best-kept secret in your industry.

Somewhere right now, someone with less experience than you is getting the client, the invite, the interview — not because they're better, but because they showed up online and you didn't.

44%

of employers have hired someone specifically because of their personal brand — 54% have rejected candidates over a poor online presence.THE BORDEN GROUP, 2025

of customers trust a company more when its senior people are visibly active on social media. Silence isn't neutral — it's a cost.ENTREPRENEUR

The System

Four moves. One reputation.

Not scattered tactics — a connected system where your writing, your face, your press and your website all say the same thing about who you are.

Illustrative example only — shows the type of content the system produces, not a real client post.
01
Content & Ghostwriting

Written in your voice from structured interviews — not generic "thought leadership" filler.

"Written like you. Published like a strategist."
02
Video & Reels

Short-form video that turns your expertise into something people stop scrolling for.

"Your face is trusted more than your logo ever will be."
03
PR & Media

Your name and perspective placed in publications your audience already trusts.

"Press outsources the belief. Ads never can."
04
Personal Website

A permanent home for your story, after people have seen you everywhere else.

"The place your name finally gets to land."
This Isn't a Trend, It's a Trust Shift

The research doesn't leave much room to argue.

01
People Trust People
92% trust recommendations from other people — even strangers — over anything a brand says about itself. (Nielsen)
02
Visibility Has a Price Tag
Visible experts command up to 13× more pay than equally skilled, invisible peers. (Hinge)
03
It Reaches Further Than Ads
Content shared from a personal profile is reshared up to 24× more than the same brand post. (MSLGroup)
Why It Matters
Every figure here is cited public research (Nielsen, Hinge, MSLGroup, IBM) — not client results yet. See "Founding Cohort" below.
How We Build It

Your name, engineered like a campaign.

Not a content calendar — a system that compounds, each piece reinforcing the last.

Everything starts with a short audit call to find what you should actually be known for.
1
Brand Audit
A structured conversation to find your real positioning. We go through your career history, the wins you don't usually talk about, and how you actually explain your work to a stranger at a dinner party. That's where the real angle usually surfaces — not in a bio you've already rewritten five times.
2
Voice & Positioning
The angle, tone and themes that make content sound unmistakably like you. This is where we decide what you're known for — not everything you know, just the 3-4 themes worth owning. Trying to sound like an expert on everything is usually why most personal brands sound like no one in particular.
3
Content Engine
Ghostwritten posts and scripted video go into production, on a schedule. A content calendar is built around your actual availability — a 15-minute weekly call is usually enough raw material for a month of posts. You're not expected to sit down and write; you're expected to keep talking, the way you already do.
4
PR Push
We pitch your perspective to relevant publications for third-party credibility. This isn't a press release blasted to a generic list — it's your specific take pitched to journalists actually covering that beat. A quote in the right trade publication does more for credibility than a hundred more followers.
5
Website Launch
A permanent home for your story, tying every channel back to one place. Social platforms come and go, algorithms change what gets seen — your website doesn't answer to either. It's the one place a journalist, investor or client can land and get the full picture, not just whatever the algorithm decided to show them that week.
6
Compounding Growth
Each month builds on the last — sharper content, warmer audience, bigger opportunities. Month one is mostly about finding your footing. By month three or four, you're usually not chasing engagement anymore — the right people are starting to find you, which is the actual point of doing this in the first place.
Founding Cohort

We're early. That's exactly why you should talk to us now.

Genuinely new service line — founding clients get more direct attention than anyone will six months from now. This is where case studies will live, as they happen. This could be the first one.

Before You Reach Out

Straight answers.

Scope varies a lot by starting point and goals, so we scope and quote after a short audit call rather than sell a one-size package. A founder starting from zero online presence needs a different runway than someone who already has 10K followers but no strategy behind them. The audit call exists so you're not paying for work you don't actually need.

No — founders, senior executives, consultants and independent experts who want to be known for their expertise, not just their title. We've worked with people who don't have "founder" in their title at all — a senior architect building a consulting practice, a doctor wanting to be the go-to voice in their specialty. If your expertise is the asset, this applies to you.

We ghostwrite in your voice based on structured interviews, so it sounds like you, not an agency. The process starts with a recorded conversation, not a questionnaire — how you actually talk, the examples you reach for, your opinions on your industry. That's what gets translated into posts, not a generic template filled with your name.

Primarily LinkedIn and Instagram, plus PR placement and a personal website — the mix depends on where your audience actually is. A B2B consultant's audience usually lives on LinkedIn; a coach or consumer-facing expert often needs Instagram just as much. We don't push a platform because it's easier for us — we go where your actual buyers are paying attention.

Personal branding isn't a 30-day play. Most clients see engagement shift within the first month, but inbound opportunities — speaking invites, consulting leads, press mentions — typically build over 3-4 months of consistent posting. Anyone promising instant virality is selling you something else.

Everything goes through you before it's published — nothing goes live without your sign-off. If a post doesn't sound right, we rework it against the same interview material until it does, rather than pushing you to accept something that isn't you.

That's a separate add-on, not bundled by default. Some clients want to reply personally to keep it authentic; others want it handled so they can focus on the work itself. We scope it based on how you want to show up.

By Application, Not By Cart

We don't take everyone. Let's see if this is a fit.

15-minute audit call. No pitch deck, no fixed package — just an honest read on what your personal brand needs right now.
